Taco Bell

Since most places are opening up 3 friends and I thought we would go eat when we get there the lobby is closed. We go through drive thru they tell us we are only able to do 2 orders per car. As we try to add to the first order very rudely they say they can’t add until we get to the window. At the window the person was nice and took all our orders. Not sure what the problem was with the person who took the order over the speaker but this isn’t the first time I get a terrible attitude here 21st and rock is close enough. Just go there is my recommendation.

I appreciate that this location is open until midnight. I was surprised by the long wait just for one item. I wanted to try the toasted cheddar chalupa. It was good, but not what I expected.

Had to say order five times just to be understood. We ended up with something we didn't order in the bag and no sauce after being asked for multiple times. This was just the most recent visit. Id go every now and again during the school year and it always amazed me just how slow they were for a fast food place. Orders are wrong quite a bit then when asked to be corrected the workers are rude and unwilling to fix things without being overly condescending.

Worst taco bell. Extremely rude service and limited menue. Highly recommend going anywhere else. Oh and don't give recipes even on request...

I have gone to this location on multiple occasions and been told they were close or “don’t have beef” an issue I could understand but why are the lights on? Turn tour street signs off of you are not open..simple solution to a unnecessary problem.
