Charles and Nick did a fabulous job in a short period of time. I had many questions before they cleaned my carpet and Charles answered all of them with professional and accurate answers. They also were able to add Scotch guarding and an additional room, for a reasonable extra charge, and within the allotted time scheduled for my service. I highly recommend these gentlemen and this carpet cleaning company.
The workers were punctual, polite, professional and efficient. We were very satisfied with their work. They were here to clean our carpets and our carpets look good and feel clean!! No chemical residue was left on carpets and there was no discernable chemical smell.
Anthony was very professional, thorough, and polite as well as his trainee. Very nice and professional. The two people who came out really worked hard at everything they did and kept everything perfectly clean. During this time in May with COVID-19 issues they were wearing masks and gloves and did everything properly.nGreat people! Great Service!
Charles (aka Chuck) came to clean the carpets on two sets of stairs, the basement family room and second floor hallway. The results were amazing! He put time and effort into removing old stains and his craftsmanship really showed. He obviously takes pride in his work and we were very satisfied customers. Recommend!
My carpet looks like new again! Rep was thorough and quick and paid special attention to problem areas. Will definitely call again when I need my carpet cleaned.
