Mayra greeted me with “you’re here to pick up your coat”. Not to mention a beautiful smile the whole time. I was blown away and totally impressed. I’m a no more than 3 times a year customer. Their customer service has always been awesome. My coats, one with repairs came back in excellent condition. I’m a very happy customer!!!
The staff is always friendly! The service is personable and expedient. I've been using them for a couple years now and have not been disappointed. Would reccomend.
What a wonderful experience. From the welcome I got when I told them I was a new customer who just moved to Wichita to the pickup of my first batch of dress shirts. I got a handwritten note form the owner. You don't see this kind of personal touch from a dry cleaner. I really have to say I am impressed with them and will be happy to give them my business from here on out.
Clerk did not have on mask or gloves and I had to come in put my pin on my credit card. Not cool.
I had my first experience with In The Bag this week. I took them an entire load of clothes that I had accidentally washed with chapstick. I had chapstick oil spots ALL OVER my clothes. They told me up front there was no guarantee they would be able to remove them. I figured it was worth the try because the cost of replacing these clothes was much greater than the cost of trying dry cleaning. I picked up my clothes last night... EVERY STAIN IS GONE! I am so impressed with their stain removal/dry cleaning process. I will definitely continue to use their services again. The staff at both my drop off and pick up were extremely courteous and personable. I definitely recommend In The Bag Cleaners!
