I started going here back in July and now I will never go any where else!! If you leave here unhappy its your own fault because you didn't talk to the owner. He will go out of his way to fix,correct,redo,or discount an unsatisfied result. I get two manicures with dip a month and usually one eyebrow wax and organic pedicure w/shellac a month.. Love them.. I recommend them to everyone, and they have never been disappointed just as I haven't.. Thanks for keeping it Classy :) Classy :) :)
Always a great experience at Classy Nails
This was my second visit to the salon. I was pleased with the service the first time and decided to return. I explained to Tracy the service I wanted done. She argued with me and again I told her what I wanted. Long story short Tracy did not perform the service I wanted.. She was rude and difficult!! I won't return to the salon. .
I love this nail salon. The owner is attentive, and my nail tech never drops the ball. 100% effort all the time
I’ve went here on 3 different occasions all invites by friends of mine that go there. All three occasions I’ve left unhappy. This last time I will say I will not go back even if it’s where my friends go! I sat down for a classy pedicure from a guy that had no idea what he was doing felt like! He was all over the place with the whole pedicure and cut me multiple times with the cuticle snipper one where it took a chunk out of my toe and I flinched and let out a s**** . I felt like the pedicure wasn’t even enjoyable after that. The lady working next to him kept telling him what to do I take it and watching his every move super uncomfortable.
