April is wonderful! She is so sweet, kind, consistent & quite skilled. (My previous nail tech of 13-14 yrs was moody & sometimes mean.ud83dude14) April is such a breath of fresh air. I've been getting nails done for 33 years (acrylic mainly, also tried shellac & dip) and April is right up there among the best!
I made the decision to leave my regular nail salon after 3 years of loyalty and I was nervous to try a new place. I chose Big Apple based on reviews and location. I went to this salon for this first time today and I am SO IMPRESSED! They have an online system that you check into upon arrival and it tracks your visits and adds rewards points to your profile. The staff is incredibly friendly, the salon is beautiful and has plenty of space. There are a lot of service options and tons of colors to choose from whether it’s powder, polish, shellac, etc. Phoebe did my nails and I am IN LOVE with the results! This is 100% my new salon, yay!
The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Very clean and adaptive with the COVID-19 precautions. Had my nails done by Heidi and she did a wonderful job. Anne was fun as well and did my friends nails. Definitely would recommend.
Phoebe did did a full set of acrylics for me with a spider and a spider web design and I love them! she made sure that I was happy every step of the way and was very kind. Absolutely will be back!
Moved to Kansas City and will still drive back to get nails done. Kay does a fantastic job on nails and eyebrows. Best experience.
