As a new customer I was welcomed and the staff were incredibly nice! The service was very quick and they offered promotional materials as well as a swag bag on my visit. They are really customer service oriented, for sure!
I took a new Vera Bradley purse in to be cleaned. The purse was discounted because there was a sticker or something that had stuck to front, When I received the e-mail to pickup the purse I flipped out with the amount I owed to pick it up. I expressed my irritation for the amount charged. The lady was very nice and polite. She showed me the book that had the prices. The amount was in the book. I told the lady I take as much of responsibility for not asking the amount for cleaning the purse as the lady taking my order not sharing with me the amount I will be looking at to pick the purse up. I could have washed the purse in the washer. This purse wasn't leather, venal, no frills on it. I will not make that mistake again by not asking

They have the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. The employees are kind and professional. The service is high quality and reasonably priced. And they help the community— if someone is unemployed, they’ll clean job interview clothes for free. They have my business permanently!
