Don't put your parents with this program, they're awful, they don't follow up, they miss appoiment, they are always looking for a shortcut. They don't even know what's going on with their patience. At the beginning they tell you they're going to do all kind of things for the elderly and they don't do anything. That's Awful, I'm going to put a complain with the Attorney General. The Staff is EXTREMELY rude.
My elder mom and dad were InnovAge PACE participants. My dad passed away on 12/03/15; mom, recently on 07/27/2017. The services that are provided for participants and caregivers of elder family members is amazing - an absolute blessing.
Innovage is a conplete care org. They have professionals who bend over backward to meet the partisapents needs.

Nice group of people but because of the bureaucracy some things some things fall between the cracks.
