Arby's

Went there... got my food, and stupid me should of checked bags.. got home to Clay Center and no 3 large fries another time forgot my sliders... just remember to check your food people.. but it's always been a good place to eat :)

Ordered at drive thru and was asked to pull forward to park and food would be brought out. To not block others we pulled into a parking spot. 10 minutes later our food was not out. Went up to door just as was being brought out by an employee. He then told me our order had been given to another customer because they thought we had left and proceeded to berate me. We enjoy Arbys but it will be the last time we go to this location. Extremely rude employees.

I love their curly fries. They have a good Buffalo chicken sandwich also, it has a nice kick to it.

August 15, 2020 late afternoon -- the window server was completely unmasked and completely without gloves. Just as bad or worse, she was handling money and then bagging food, sticking her unmasked nose almost into the bag as she checked to see if the order was all there. I called back to complain to the manager -- the manager wasn't very responsive: asked me who the server was and finally said (after being prompted) that the employee would be reprimanded. I have no confidence that actually happened. Disgusting way to handle food, and very disrespectful and dangerous.

There is no reason why I should have to waste my entire lunch break waiting in the drive-through line for 30 minutes please work on speedy service it is a drive-through for a reason
