Taco Bell

Ordered five tacos, received two. I should know better than to drive off without checking the bag to make sure the order is right. I was too far out of town to go back so I tried to call numerous times to request a refund, but the line was always busy. I feel like a Karen, but I really wanted my tacos!

I went 2 hours before they were closing. The lights and everything were on but when I pulled up to the drive through the employee said they were short staffed so they had closed early

Went at 2 pm. Waited in the drive through for 5 minutes. No one said anything drive to the window, same thing. Drove aways slowly and saw all the employees sitting on their phones. If they are all on break or systems are down they should have put a piece of paper up stating that was the fact. Rude.

We usually tell people to go this Taco Bell versus the other, well a couple weeks ago we ordered something and it was missing beef. We figured ehh, one off whatever. Went tonight and one of the things ordered was missing a couple of ingredients, beans being one of them... I have no idea what changed, it's been a great fast food place for the past 3 years... we don't eat out much, so we are hoping it's just a fluke. We will try once more in the future, but something needs looked at.

My kids love the party size nachos for the days mom doesn't feel like cooking.
