The employees are extremely nice and very detail oriented. I have visited a few times, and am always happy. I would like to give them a bonus star for getting an unknown stain out of my blouse. I wasn't able to tell them anything about the stain, yet they removed it completely.

I was only in town for a few days and a buddy had me pick up some clothes from this cleaners. First let me say how nice it is to be greeted when you walk into a business. Clearly this lady either has customer service experience, or was raised by good parents. I was not having a good day and she could probably sense that by my rude tone. By the time I left, I couldn’t help but smile and know I have found a new cleaners to bring my clothes to also. I wish I knew her name to formally recognize her, but if you’re in Aggieville look for 785 at Stickel’s.

Good work and good sense. I use the home delivery service which is great! My one star reservation is based on ambiguous information provided be staff related to billing. I called to check on a bill that I thought had been paid. I wad told that someone would have to call me back (one of the owners), and no one called to clarify the confusion.nnThe actual cleaning service is great and I endorse this cleaner. I would like to iron out the billing.

Ruined a sport coat by knocking the shoulder pad out of place. I attempted to fix it on my own but I had to throw the jacket away. I didn’t even notice it for several months because I don’t wear it that often.nI love out of town and therefore I couldn’t let them know about the problem.nIn addition to that, they ruined one of my wife’s outfits. That was my first problem with them. They destroyed it by fading the black from the outfit onto the collar of the jacket (which was white when we sent it in, but was dirty grey when we got it back).nI’m sure they probably do a good job for most times as they have good reviews from everyone else.nMy experience is beware of the garment coming back destroyed. If you aren’t concerned about that then good luck.nAfter they ruined my wife’s jacket they never offered anything for restitution. We had to ask for our money back since they didn’t even clean the garment. I understand that they probably have a liability clause when you get something cleaned; however, if this is what you do for a living then you ought to know whether your cleaning methods will destroy a garment.nI would never use them again.
