Great service. Always someone close by asking if I needed help finding anything. If I had any questions or needed help finding something, they were quick to lead me directly to the item. Clean organized store with a large selection of anything you could possibly need. I'm a member of the inside track club and it pays for itself in no time, great value. Enjoying the HF coupons app. I only wished I could shop the entire store online and add items directly from the store and the adds to my cart or wish list. Maybe a way of doing it, but if there is. I haven't figured it out yet.

Floor staff was great and helpful getting big items from the back.... check out took over 20 minutes. 3 customers in line, frazzled cashier, phone ringing instead of putting them on hold she put us on hold so 1 person in line left. Cashier really made us not want to go back to this location.

Ever since Sears has started going out of business Harbor Freight has been my go to store for tools.nThey have a complete selection of all tools from low end, one time use, to high quality construction quality tools.nI was so glad when a Harbor Freight opened close to me.

We love the value at Harbor Freight. We have fun getting what we want and ideas for the next project.
