First time going to this Car wash today. At first my experience started off rocky. As with everything that is new you have to get some kinks out of the system, completely understand. What sold me was the customer service and speed to accommodate the customers. I paid for there premium wash but for some reason the door would not open. Within 10 min of contacting the owner, he responded back and was able to fix the issue. His maintenance team arrived to reset the system and I was able to receive my car wash. With that in mind the whole process including car wash was 30 min. Hats off to your customer service and will recommend to anyone in the Manhattan area! Thank you
A brand new and fully automatic car wash facility. It's conveniently tucked behind the Shell gas station. Appears to be a bit pricey for an automatic though and only has three wash level options.
Went and got the Deluxe Wash, but did not receive complete deluxe service. Also, the machine didn’t dry my car even though it says it’s suppose to.
