Enjoyed it. Very interesting.

Very interesting tour. Probably, if you have children with you, just get the basic tour. The add on is a bit repetitive. We enjoyed all of it though. The guides were fun and informed.

The salt mines are awesome. They have scheduled times for tours all day long and a professional staff. When you get 650 ft below the ground into the mine, you can take a tour, write a train, or ride in the dark ride. Once you finish the dark Ride, you are able to pick a piece of souvenir salt. Don't forget to visit the gift shop as well.

We were stuck below! Ask when the shaft will be used by the miners so that you are not stuck for 1.5 hours waiting for the shaft to open to go back up to the top to leave. There needs to be more communication between staff and patrons on when they should end their tour and train ride so that they are not stuck for 1.5 hours below. Johnathan the maintenance man was very accommodating and gave us a tour which was very kind of him in this situation. He should be management in the mine below. Our entrance fees were reduced to three child tickets instead of a full refund for the miscommunication. I felt torn and feel we should have had a full refund as we did see the museum but the poor communication from staff had us without option for leaving. The walls were beautiful and the relics and train rides were interesting. Just go to the mine with a whole day in mind as you could get stuck unnecessarily.

Museum design and layout is great. Tour was fun and guides were very knowledgeable.
