Sat over an hour in the massage chair waiting on a pedicure with cold water. When getting a mani she chose her own color for a base that was a lilac when I asked for white. Asked for cash only when I said I had a card.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I was passed around to 3 different technicians, none of whom acknowledged me. I sat with my nails in acetone for AN HOUR and the more antsy I got, the more rude the manager was to me. I explained everything I wanted to 3 different people and still had to pay for services I didn't receive. As I was waiting, the 4 tables beside me were empty but the girl brought another patron to sit right next to me. Social distancing does not apply in this store. The worst part is that they sat there laughing and talking about me in Vietnamese (?) and when I confronted them about badmouthing a customer right in front of said customer, they both laughed. Just terrible. i give this place zero stars and will never go back there.

I am not one to do reviews, however this experience was terrible! The nail tech (table 5) seemed rushed so therefore she kept filing my skin and said I was too tense and needed to relax as she keeps yanking on my fingers. When I asked if she could shape my nails more, she just looked at me and literally LAUGHED...needless to say my nails are not the shape I asked for! On the side of some of my nails there is no polish and she did not offer any oil or lotion after. There is also a sign saying their card machine is broke when it isn't; people were to leaving to go get cash...yet I watched a customer pay with their card!? And to top it off my nails are abnormally sore today...definitely will not be back.
