It was excellent like always.

Employee was rude to me. Could tell she didn't want to be there. Poor customer service. Reached out to company with no reply. They obviously don't care about thier customers.

Went here with my wife and Matthew did an amazing job, Francis not so much. Francis was rude to everyone and got snappy with a costumer when she had to redo something. Besides Francis everything was good.

Every time I go there , there's a new person who isn't getting the proper training. They're constantly left alone, just confused and not knowing what to do. I never get excellent service anymore like I used to ....is there even a manager anymore?

Everything was good EXCEPT Francis. She was one of the workers. She was very rude to her co workers and customers. Matthew was amazing, really made my day.
