They are unwilling to make accommodations for people with disabilities to enter their establishment. I went here out of convenience but I'll drive out of my way to go to Home Depot or any of the other numerous hardware stores. Don't recommend in the slightest.

Horrible customer service in the loading area. The guys on the forklift are lazy. I’m actually waiting for a pallet to be loaded while writing this. I’ve had two operators drive past me and one just sitting on his forklift chatting with his co workers. I’ve had to pick stuff up all week and this has been the same problem every time. Definitely not ordering from here anymore unless they change something and wouldn’t recommend it either

Prices are a tad higher than Home Depot and Walmart but has everything you need and great staff

Great place. Got exactly what I wanted. I needed an extraction tool kit for my rc car and they were the only ones who had it.
