Very helpful in finding out if their machines scratched my paint (which they did not). Responded very quickly. Pre wash guys vary in thoroughness

I have been a very loyal customer to this location. I have three cars in which I subscribe to the Wash pass, this has been for nearly 4 years. The quality of the personnel that pressure wash the vehicle has ebbed and flowed through those years. However, today was the lowest of quality yet. It is difficult for me to continue to claim loyalty to this operation with my friends. They have all bounced over to the new, shiny competition; Tommy's. The gentlemen that hosed down my vehicle barely got it wet. I had lots of mud caked under my vehicle and along the step side of my truck. There was a lot of mud left when I completed the wash. I might understand this if it was a surge time with a line of cars waiting their turn. I was the only game in town. Help me out with wanting to stay loyal to your business. Train your staff to be friendly and good at clearing away the big stuff on each vehicle prior to entering the automated wash. I want to keep being a customer here, but I can't continue to have this poor of a performance and keep coming back.

I recently switched back to rapid wash as they are the only ones that can successfully get all the bugs off my vehicle, and the only ones that actually get the dirt beneath. The wait can sometimes be annoying but it's well worth it. Also, I read earlier comments and want to say I've been several times just to vacuum my vehicle (even when it wasn't my car wash) and never had a problem, which is one of the reasons I went back, sometimes you JUST have to vacuum and don't want a wash.

Do not go here. The brushes will damage your paint. It left deep gashes on my wife's 2018 Toyota 4runner.

I paid 15.00 to wash my car and it did not get cleaned. I did call in the assistant manager made it right. Thank you Ron
