I have to begin with the fact that I haven’t had much experience with the cowboy culture and rodeos, but visiting the museum was a great thing to do and I enjoyed it. It’s a small-ish local museum so it won’t take much time. You’ll find artifacts dedicated to both cowboys and Native Americans which is great. I’ve learned a lot after my visit and it was worth the time and money. Lots of beautiful items being exhibited and you probably won’t see such a big collection of artsy saddles anywhere! I’d recommend stopping here while you’re visiting Theodore Roosevelt National park and the town of Medora.
Lot if great displays
Very nice building and displays. Perhaps smaller than you would expect from the outside, but certainly worth a stop if in the area.
If you are in the area this is a must visit,all the display's are well done with lots of information and the staff was helpful and friendly
