Subway

Placed order online. Was given a pick up time 20 minutes out. I waited five minutes longer before going inside to pick up the order. They had just started it. Took another 10 minutes before it was ready. Two of the sandwiches were completely mixed up. We ate them anyway. The staff was very friendly and polite. I'm sure they would have happily fixed or replaced the mixed up sandwiches, but it wasn't a big enough deal to drive back. Will still return, just won't place the order online.

We were in Paola today. The Subway there has a drive-thru!! So much easier!! It was so good!!

Saddest sandwich i have ever had.....not the first time at this location either, but i figured maybe it was just a bad day last time. Nope. Lacking in everything I asked for on my REALLY simple ham and cheese sub. I had hoped that by now they would have figured out how to make a decent sandwich but I guess not.

Poor service. Waited over 20 minutes for my food at the curbside pickup and ended up going in to get my food bc I couldn't wait any longer for it. I ordered it an hour ahead of the time I went to go get it bc I was on my way to work at that time.

Ordered online because they had a buy one, get one deal. Was all excited about subway for lunch since its not something we usually get but was charged for my online order, and then when we got there they didn't have record of my order. Instead of at the very least honoring the deal, they wanted me to pay full price on top of what I had already paid - even after showing them the money was already removed from my bank! I left with no subway and a sad tummy ud83dude14
