I love this place! They always are on time for my appointments, all of the stylists are friendly, and the prices are great! My kids get their hair cut here as well. Stacie is amazing and she is the only person that my son will let cut his hair.

Utterly disappointed with the behavior of the employees. How can a lady mess up your hair so bad and sit there with a content smile. I've gotten some great hair cuts here but yall murdered my hair.

I come here often since it’s a good place if you need a service done last minute but I’m never going back..Everytime I’ve had my eyebrows waxed here they get butchered even after I express to them I don’t want them thin and small. I also got highlights done and they are very uneven and not blended at all! One side of my head has a ton more highlights than the other and when I got home and took a shower all of the blonde turned into a muddy blonde shade and the silver/blonde that was in it disappeared as someone who went to cosmo school I don’t understand how that happen. Their staff is rude and just sit on their phones most of the time and appears very unprofessional if you were seeing them from outside the salon. They raised their prices on hair cuts recently and their quality is not worth the price tag. I honestly don’t know how they are up and running still and getting customers. The only good thing I can even think of is their salon is very clean.

Terrible experience. I asked for my hair to be cut longer than shoulder length and instead she cut it to my chin. She had me turned around so I couldn’t see until she finished. Worst hair cut place ever. Terrible service and terrible at their jobs.

Called and scheduled a Sunday morning appointment as walk-in are 2-3hours out every-time I go in. I was on time according to my clock and according to theirs I was 3min late, even though I had expressed the urgency of the appointment (close friends funeral later that day) and left my phone number in case they had any schedule changes because I had 30+ min commute they made no effort to contact me and told me I’d have to wait hours until they’d have another opening. The lady was rude and of no help obviously didn’t read the note attached or didn’t care, made no attempt to contact or to be helpful. Complete waste of my time and a very unprofessional refusal to participate in any sort of customer service on their end. 10/10 would not recommend.
