Becky and Brian are both very accommodating. There products are very good and good pricing.
Great selection of hardwood. I wish they would post their prices. I had to ask for the price each time and they seemed to get a little tired of me asking.
Someone needs to work on their phone and people skills. I called to get a lumber price on a certain species they advertise and I was very friendly during the whole conversation.I asked how much it went for per board foot He said he was out. (Ok, I didn't ask if they had it...I asked how much it sells for) . I kindly repeated the question. He got a little snappy with me. I asked how soon it would be in again and he said it was not available now. Funny, other sources can get it in. I will drive a further to shop elsewhere. He should have answered my questions in a friendly manner then apologize for not having it and ask if he could help with anything else. Perhaps I wanted other species they did have, Right?? He didn't seem to care if he had my business. They must have a lot of money; they didn't want mine for some reason.
This place provides such a great service and with their selection of specialty woods, metal and now cabinetry their prices are hard to beat. A small family business with great quality!
