Awful manager. This lady is crazy! I wish I would have researched and talked to more people before moving into this property. Many people have told me tami is an awful lady to rent from. Also be aware of cleaning service costs. I got a 500+ dollar bill after hiring my own help to help move and deep clean. The cleaning list is unreal and she charges top dollar if anything is not done. Also rent goes up almost every year. It's already 900 a month and the older people I have talked too say it is raised almost every year about 50 dollars. LOOK ELSEWHERE

Prospective renters be aware.nBe sure you get a detailed report of what is expected of you at check out time. There could be unrealistic expectations.
