If I could leave negative stars I would. I bought a dryer from them and set up a delivery date. 30 minutes before they were to get here they called and said they were short handed and couldn’t come so I rescheduled for 3 days later. 45 minutes AFTER they were scheduled to arrive I called to find out were they were and they said they would be coming in about 30 minutes. When they finally arrived I still didn’t get my dryer because they didn’t tell me it didn’t come with electrical cord to plug it in. When I called Jenny laughed and thought it was funny. I found out the owner won’t be there until end of next week! Laughing Jenny said the owner is the one who sold the dryer to me.
Wonderful service, asked me when I walked in if the could help me, told them I was just looking, the left me so I could look but when I needed help they were ready to help .
Excellent hardware store. We're very privileged to have a store like it in our small town. They have everything you need.
