They didn't accept our coupon the app sent our phone. Then we were getting our food and a man walks in not wearing a face mask and the sub store waited on him but the sign on the door said face masks are required to enter store.

Very friendly staff, nice and clean restaurant. The sandwiches never disappoint either.

The store was one of the smaller storefronts I have been in, it could get a little cramped if a large group were to arrive. The store was clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were 2 staff members on duty. The female sandwich artiest (I assume that was a manager) was engaging with every customer and made sure that everyone was greeted when they arrived, and were wished a good day as they left. I had a pleasant experience and a good lunch.

There were no problems that we had while we ate here. It was good service and equally as good food. I would definitely go again.
