Friendly, quick, accurate service. I believe the app before u go is best idea.. Would be cool if worker could just sms or though app say there ready so u don't gotta go inside. Until there ready, for the convid19 pandemic

It has been about 7 months since I got my hair butchered here and I'm still dealing with growing it out. I wanted to get rid of about 5 inches and I asked for light layering at the bottom of my hair (I even showed multiple pictures). I was left with a very obvious, short mullet. The layers were so short and choppy and the woman who cut my hair did not appear to know what she was doing. One side was way shorter than the other that my sister had to fix it when I came home. I could not stop crying when I saw myself and I was speechless after she showed me what she did. I don't know the name of the woman who did this but she was distracted by talking to her daughter who also worked there. I had to wear my hair half up half down for around 5 months before I felt okay enough to wear it down. The shortest layer she gave me was around EYE LEVEL and the length was a little past my shoulders. The layers still to this day look like stairs. I won't get my hair cut here again.

Didn't pay attention to the detail of my hair. Behind my eats there are several longer hairs that weren't cut. On the side it wasn't faded correctly. Not coming here anymore.

Jasmine cuts my husband hair exactly how he wants it every single time! And Amy did a great job with my son would recommend either of these two they are great I only let a few people do my son hair because took him there once before and his ear got cut wasn’t pleased but Amy took her time she is the best

I have used Great Clips in other cities for many years. The sloppy work, poor service and lack of quality management or ownership has gotten the last benefit of the last doubt. No response to a customer claim of theft on top of consistently poor quality haircuts notacceptable.nBTW, if there was a way to give a no star rating, I would have.
