They always greet us with a smile and they do a wonderful job.
For my birthday, I wanted a pedicure. So today I treated myself, my daughters and my mother to pedicures. Mine turned out ok. Each family member after me, not so much. We wont return here.

Aside from the owner doing a poor job on my daughter’s nails, she was rude about it. We went in an hour later to quietly ask that the nails be taken off because she wasn’t happy with them. They weren’t exactly coffin shaped, they were uneven, edgy, and not very buffed. She told us it would be $10. I argued that I shouldn’t have to pay to have them remove a product I wasn’t happy with. Meanwhile, her loud rude behavior drew the attention of the whole store. She loudly told my 14 yr old daughter that she had been very patient with the both of us, not sure how since she didn’t do my nails; went on to yell at her about changing her mind on nail color, which was done prior to any color being put on the nail. Needless to say I walked out with a very upset daughter who kept her nails because she was embarrassed in front of strangers. I would probably have given them a second chance if it would’ve just been that the nails weren’t perfect. Cause one can always try another technician; but when the owner is blatantly rude to a 14 year old....I don’t think so!!
I've been going to Crystal Nails for years, and I've never been disappointed. Nina and her crew always do such an amazing job on my nails. The nail salon is clean and comfortable. Every time I walk in I'm greeted by bright, smiling faces who are more than willing to help me with anything I need. Whether I'm getting a full set, fill, or pedicure, I'm always pleased with their work.
