Bought a $600 stihl pole saw while visiting mound city. Store wouldn't honor Stihls $50 rebate. I should have decided not to purchase the saw at that point but we were in a bind and needed it to work on my father's property. Upon getting to our location the saw would not operate. We had to drive an hour and half back to get one that did work. I decided to start it before we left the store again. Now we had to take the saw back for warranty work because it's not running correctly again and Coleman didn't turn in the warranty paperwork as all stihl dealers are supposed to do. I've got a $113 bill for warranty work that shouldn't have cost me anything. Now I'm trying to get the to send in the warranty. No luck so far. I will never go here again.

Knowledgable about their products- helpful. Courteous and friendly staff. ALWAYS EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! Very kind people.nnI have no clue about how to get stuff done. If I ask a bunch of annoying questions about a product- this team of people help and stear me right.nnPlease shop local. I know that when I buy from this shop- I can ask questions and get real and honest help. And trust their advise.nnWalmart isn't going to do this for you!!! Please shop local.nnGreat customer service. Great staff.nnBill Stricker- I am not from here.... from Michigan- Canadian border in Michigan. Please change your comment. I have had to bring stuff back. I have reciepts to prove it.nAnd I am probably annoying... they do their jobs well.n:-)
