Subway

Walked into Subway was greeted by a friendly young man. He was very attentive replying with yes ma'am. The food was great, the service even better.

We needed sandwiches to feed a football team of 70. Jessica suggested the buy two get one free foot longs to help meet our limited budget. I did ask that they be cut in half and wrapped separately because of covid concerns. When we picked up the order, they were individually wrapped and individually bagged with napkins, mustard and mayo packs. The staff even helped carry the order to the car. The Lansing Subway went way beyond what we expected to feed our boys.

Very long wait 18 min or longer 1 person ahead of me and she was waiting before I got there and they were doing call in or something they need more help the lady there was very nice she was doing the best she could I didn't get to eat my sandwich I was late getting back to work only had 30 min

I adore this spot! They serve first-cleass dishes, their menu is decent, The chief cook in that restaurant is well trained, I enjoy a lot tasting all their dishes. The dishes are consistently good, the attitude towards the customers is helpful. I visit often this restaurant and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend it with no hesitation.

I eat Subway often, and have been to every one of them in town. But none of them compare to the Subway in Lansing. .Hands down the best customer service I have ever recieved from a restaurant. The staff is always friendly, polite, and helpful. I've never had a bad experience, bad food, or even a messy sandwich from here. The manager (Jessica) makes the most delicious looking sandwiches, that taste even better. Food always looks freash and full. I always see the employees constantly changing gloves and using sanitizer . You can tell Jessica and her team take pride in their work, and will always go the extra mile to show you they value your buisness, and you as their customer. This is the only subway I will visit now. I encourage anyone from this area to go check it out. Deserves more than 5 stars
