Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Due to COVID-19, we ordered curbside pick up. When we arrived, I placed the call to let them know we were there. I was placed on hold. After about 5 or 6 minutes, the phone was picked up by a different employee, who had no clue why I had called. Once we finally received our order, the extra fries were missing. What irks me the most is that when I ordered online, I gave a 20% tip based on what I thought would be great service. I would still have tipped regardless but it would have been based on the level of service received. Very disappointed with the level of service received. ud83dude14

Good place to get a good burger and fries. The chicken strips was a little bland tasting. And it was cold in there. But overall good service and food

Literally love red robin! Everything is so clean everyone's so nice! my daughter wants to go all the time so we go once a week and we love our server That that we get every single time she is literally the best!

A pretty good burger, but slightly expensive! I love the steak fries with fry seasoning! Tonight we had a great server whose name is Harley. They have a lot of other options if you are not into burgers.

The bartender/ server was awesome. He suggested other menu items. He came to my table at least 6 times. Great place.
