Our contractor used this company to build our deck. Anytime I had questions about the lumber I would contact them directly and their customer service was super responsive and polite. COVID-19 has created some challenges for their company, but they continue to have great customer service.
Nightmare to work with, I strongly recommend you do not use them.
I’m not sure why local builders use McCray lumber. It took us forever to get them to answer questions and when we had an issue with our windows, they only replaced one of them. They are an Andersen Windows reseller. Andersen windows are probably the worst windows we have ever owned. If you have high winds you will feel the air come though. Unfortunately, we are stuck with them till we can afford to replace them. Talk your builder into using someone else or pay the difference to upgrade.
They were very helpful in selecting the right decking material. Very knowledgeable about their products.
