Clean apartment complex. For the most part the tenants are great. It would be a great location except for the sketchy people that live in the Buffalo Motel.

Pam is the best property manager ever. She cares about the people that rent from her. And we have the best mataniance man. He comes as quick as he can and he is kind. You really do feel WELCOME AT Welcome Home Propertys llc

Questionable ethics.And not altogether professional, courteous,or conscientious of all local and state tenant / landlord rights. Willing to bend laws and rules 4 businesses they represent. I advise extreme Caution and demand everything be in writing before any agreements are made between welcome home properties and or Country Village Apartments
