Austin was a breath of fresh air. After a bad experience with a previous realtor, we had our reservations, but Austin very quickly put those to rest. He was very professional for the duration of our purchase. He always listened to our input and made sure to consider that when providing any updates or feedback on the properties we looked at. He was very responsive and available, which was key to us. He really knew the local market and even gave us good insight about what was to come on the market in the near future. After we had decided on a house, it was easy to tell he was on our side in making sure we got the best deal possible and we felt he always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable with the choices we made. Highly recommend Austin to anyone in the area.

Austin did a great job helping us find our first home. He was very easy to get ahold of and was always looking out for our best interest. He found homes that fit what we were looking for and set up showings at our convenience. He was upfront and honest about how he felt about the price of the home along with the condition and gave us recommendations of how to base our decision that best suited us to purchase a home for our needs. He really looks out for the well being of his clients. Great experience I highly recommend Austin.

Austin was the seller's agent for the home that I bought this year. He did not complete items correctly that were listed under contract and if he did repair items that needed to be repaired it take repeated prompting. I also still have the lock box for their keys on my back door. I have lived here for 2 weeks and I am unable to get in-and-out of my back door easily because the box is still in place. I have tried repeatedly through my agent to get him to remove the box and for some reason they are unable to. Don't count on him to do anything for you promptly or at all I would recommend another agent.

Austin did an amazing job with the sale of our house! He was very professional during the whole process and went above and beyond to get the deal done. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in Jamestown.

Austin was great to work with! I had a couple realtors before him and they definitely didn't work well with me. Once I started working with Austin the whole experience was a lot more enjoyable and easier.
