Last visit to this location did not go well. Forgot the pizza slider that was ordered; no it wasn't even that busy on the drive-through. When fiancé went to take a drink of his diet lemonade it did not meet expectations. I hate lemonade and this tasted like water with a dash of lemon added - I could equate it to lemon flavored water. I could have drank it! The jalapeno poppers were smaller than usual. This I can understand is due to the season.nnToo many times my order gets messed up. This time the manager was lacking his people skills. Ignoring my fiancé for 4 orders, adjusting his mask and fiddling with other things before acknowledging anyone was even standing at the counter. Again, not very busy; had they been busy I could understand a few things...But that was not even a factor for the service this last go around.nnAdjusted from 4 Star to a 2 Star...and that's being generous.

Came here after the Dairy Queen was packed to the gills with no one, including employees, wearing masks. Was pleasantly surprised to find a very clean, open restaurant with Well marked indicators for where to stand and every employee wearing a mask. Food was excellent and fast
Arby’s in Jamestown has always been beyond exceptional. I have never been met with such amazing customer service. The gentlemen that work here are beyond phenomenal. Thank you so much for exceeding Jamestown’s needs!
