Long story short, I signed up for a membership and my second time through the car wash my Ford Emblem was torn off the vehicle in their car wash. When I called to ask what could be done I was basically informed to glue it back onto the vehicle. No offer to help have it professionally replaced, discount to a membership, or anything. Just beware that they have a small sign when pulling into the car wash that says they are not liable for vehicle damage. Quality service from one of the most expensive car washes in town...

I've been a member here for two months and love this place. Great wash. Kids love it because the lights and projectors in the wash. Vacuums are very powerful. Had one minor billing issue. Sent a customer service request in online after business hours. They were calling me the next morning to fix it.

I was so happy see that this car wash is about to open next to my home. I already have been there a few times but I was completely throwen by what happened to me the other day... One of the employess came up to me and knocked on my window (he was not wearing mask by the way) and demanded $2 tip! For what do I suppose to tip him? He does not clean my car, it is an automatic car wash... I will never return there again...

*BEWARE OF PROMOTION* I visited this new location in Overland Park and really enjoyed the car wash itself. But the customer service was awful. I signed up for the promotional $10 a month for one month of car washes. I asked the younger guy working there if I had to cancel, call in and opt out or anything along the lines of that. I asked ARE YOU SURE several times. Each time he told me, ma’am you do not need to call and cancel. After the month it just drops off and you can come through and sign up again at our normal rates. So I took his word (several times actually) that I wasn’t going to be charged at the first of the month for this plan. Sure enough, look at my bank statement and they had charged me $43. I did not look at my receipt (bad on my part), but it does state that after that first month you will be charged $39.99 on a monthly basis. Why is this place hiring people that don’t even know their own policies? Or is it that they were trying to scam me? Not sure, either way, very poor service. Was contemplating getting a membership after that first month was over because I really enjoyed the car washes each time, but now sadly I won’t return. The lady I called with customer service was nice and gave me a refund and cancelled the service. Overall, won’t be back to this location because of how I was treated.

The wash itself was good and the girl went the extra mile to get the bugs off of the windshield...however no stars for the guy in the booth that takes payment. He was nowhere to be found then when he finally showed up, he yelled at all the confused cars for not knowing what to do....not cool.
