It was easier than getting drive thru.. The staff was helpful to some dude that was confused in the second pay lane.. From what i noticed.. It would be wise to bring a debit/credit card...nI did like that the staff was helpful yet not all pushy.. And the free vacuum was a plus

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but tonight was the last straw. I've been to this car wash several times, because it's so close to my house. However, I stopped going because I noticed the sides of my car never got clean when I took it there. The same with my husband's car. This car wash is also overpriced, and the vacuums don't work very well. However, the usual car wash I go to was closed for maintenance, and the next one I tried was also closed. So I was forced to go here. As usual, my car came out and it was still dirty. When I went to ask for a refund, the guy gave me a refund, but he tried to blame the problem on me. He said it must be concrete on my car and if he'd seen me pull up, he wouldn't have let me go through the wash because it could damage their equipment. The dirt on my car was clearly dried mud, since I was able to immediately and easily scrub it off using the nearby gas station's windshield scrubber. I hope he reads this review and learns a lesson about customer service. If he'd just apologized and given me the refund, I would have just left and never come again. But now I'm never going there again, and I've left his business a terrible review online.

Best car wash in All of Kansas!! I stopped by 10 minutes before closing to get my car vacuumed and because of the rain policy the vacuums were turned off. The manager was nice enough to turn them back on. This kind gesture went along way for me. Great customer service and a well kept facility. Highly recommend!!
