Leawood Police Department

Honestly these guys have pulled me over and given me tickets. Out of all the times I've had interactions with cops these guys are the best. They are understanding and courteous. While doing their job. I believe other countys could learn from their example. When I went to court I had my children who are young with me. The cops there were so kind to them. They even tried to help distract my children while we waited. No one likes getting tickets but honestly I feel so much safer in leawood getting pulled over then any other county. I know these guys are just doing their job and they are awesome at it. Please keep up the good work you guys. The people need more cops like you.

I had a great experience with this department after going through an identity theft case. These guys explained to me the procedures involved in a theft identity and filed my report to the local office. i am very grateful for the help and action they took for me.

Nosiest police department I have encountered in my life. They've got more money than crime so they fabricate things to pull people over with and harass the public. Do yourself a favor and stay out of leawood.

Could not feel safer here in Leawood, these guys and gals are well put together and a nice blend of seriousness and kindness.

I could not ask for a better police department. They have been great to work with in all that is going on. !!
