K & S Carpet Cleaners & Restoraton

We had them come out to Edgeley, ND to clean a house in prep for sale. The house was very dirty. K&S did general cleaning and carpet cleaning. They sent a crew of 3 guys. They got a lot of it clean but missed some closets, window sills, and other areas. We were billed about 990 for just the general cleaning which came for a 3 man total of 16.5 hours.nnWe noticed some of the problem areas when we made the sale which in fairness was about a month later.nnIn speaking with Kevin about our concerns, we were able to come to an agreement on a discount. This was good as he did that with just my word as the new owners have cleaned up the missed areas.nnI will not recommend nor tell you to avoid them.

They were about to come out with very short notice. The carpeting had a variety of issues...pet stains, food stains, traffic areas, rust, mildew and even wax from a candle. The carpet was almost dry to the touch. He did a fabulous amazing job. I will certainly use them again for my steam cleaning needs!
