Neighborhood hardware store with big box stuff. Very personal!
Summer '19: Took my mower in for a general tune up and replace/fix pull string mechanism. Was told I would be called in two weeks. Didn't get a call so I reached out and was told to call in another week. After a whole month I decided it was time and picked the mower up to fix and tune myself. Would not have been frustrating if I was simply told straight up they wouldn't have it ready any time soon. Was also told one price over the phone and then another price when I actually brought it in. Maybe no it's better but I still remember how bad it was over a year ago.
Excellent Service!nWhen I was unable to find non-standard sized bolts for my Christmas Tree stand, Zach Stone went the extra mile and tapped the threads to a standard size. Now my tree won't be leaning this year! Thanks Zach!
Very nice young people work in this store! All were extra attentive and one young man Zachary went above and beyond helping me fix my license plate which has been an issue since I bought the car two years ago. Highly recommend!
