The price is ok, but the quality of work could definitely improve. I was able to buy one month of the best car wash package they got and got the second one free as well as the tire shine each time as well for less than $60 so the deal was really good. The first day I bought it I ran it through 4 times back to back because they wont let you get out of your car while they are drying it to make sure they are getting everything and that the wash had removed all dirt so each time I had to pull out then look and find out that it was still dirty so I kept running it through untill it was clean. I definitely recommend making sure that they know you want then to focus extra hard on the spots you know are really dirty or you will be going through several times.
I've had problems with my fast pass / unlimited wash sticker since day one. Today their suggested solution was to switch me to quickpass autopay. So instead of $56 per month for unlimited washes, I can now pay $56 per wash, and at an average of 5 washed per month I could now pay close to $300. What a bargain. The whole time they acted like I was inconveniencing them. All I want is what I paid for, and not have to jump through hoops every time I want to wash my car.nnPros: They do a decent job of getting the car clean and the Pina Colada air freshener really smells good.
Great service, quick with interior cleaning and doesnt miss anything. Friendly staff that always greets you with a smile and are very professional.
