5 star Taco Bell food! The food is always accurate and yummy. The people are friendly and have a great attitude. The ONLY reason not 5 stars is they often have long slow lines - probably because everyone thinks they're great, but 10 minutes is a long time to be in a drive thru.
Good food. Paid $8.57 five times. My order was $42 in total, I have to wait until Monday to dispute the transaction. But hey, best taco bell food I've had.
They close doors early but drive thru stays open till at least midnight, which is why I give it 3 stars. The wait is long at night as cars are backed up but that's not why I gave it only 3 starts- it's because they close the doors so early which causes the backup. I ordered a family deal last night and my tacos had hardly anything in them ( I don't add lettuce, donuts basically a chip with a little dip and meat) I asked for plenty of mild sauce, as it was a family meal, and they gave me 5 packets. Its 4 burritos and 4 or 5 tacos and I just don't understand why give only a few packets?, the crew seems nice and polite and i would give higher score but never been inside. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THOUGH!!!
Kind employee at the window let me know she's the only one working, taking orders, making orders/drinks, handling payment, hope she gets recognized for all the work that should be shared among more people.nEdit: chatting with fella ahead of me, pulled mask down, wiped mouth, brushed hair back. I don't care about the virus, that's nasty practice.
