Wow! Great Service. We had a last minute special order for a big name artist flying into town for a concert. Jamie took our order over the phone and coordinated with us so it was ready just minutes before our chauffeur arrived in the Mercedes Sprinter Limo. She greeted him at the front door and had him on his way quickly. She double-checked the order with me. Thanks so much for pulling this off at the last minute!! I highly recommend this team for their customer service!!

So a friend told me it was horrible and I didn't believe him, I saw lines there all of the time and thought he was just being picky, so i went to try it out today. He was right. It was the worst fried chicken I have ever paid for. Only flavor is grease but don't worry, there is plenty of it. Fries soft, Texas toast is small, not even fully toasted, high prices. Will never go back.

We had never tried Cane's chicken before and the closest one was 20 minutes away. Well, time for an adventure! We drive the 20 minutes, arrive at the destination, wait through the line and have... no wallet. No cash. Nothing but our phones and the masks in our car! We thankfully didn't order, parked at the front and decided that we could use apple pay to get our food. Welp, another hit of disappointment: their dining room wasn't open. :( A wonderful manager by the name of Jamie came out front, explained that they are not allowed to let anyone inside, but (if we were comfortable with it) we could let her take our phone to pay for the meal and she would give it to us out front.nnShe was kind, patient, and went the extra mile for some down-on-their-luck patrons! On a SATURDAY NIGHT at 6:30 no less!! What a wonderful manager. And the food matched the experience: just wonderful. Thank you, Jaime! ♡

Very nicely done chicken, the lemonade is fresh which tastes awesome. The service too is super fast and friendly. The only downside is that they are so specialized that they do not have many sides. Yet, if craving for fried chicken, I will return here. A rapidly rising star in the fast food world, Raising Canes sells one thing only, chicken strips. And, they are the best at it! Always a fabulous meal, well priced, and under $10.00! The chicken is always HOT! The service is fast! Just a great fast food shop

Really good food that's actually hot and freshly cooked. For the longest time I would drive by this place in the evening and see I line of cars from there down the street and always wanted to try it and am completely satisfied. Will be going there every chance I get
