My husband is refinishing my grandmother’s bedroom furniture (from the early 1909’s) and some of the fine detailed molding that encased the wicker inside the headboards was missing some sections. We measured and ordered from Furniture Knowledge (via EBay). The molding was advertised as 1/4” but was actually a shade bigger (more like 3/8ths) so did not match. We called and were sent a return label and were able to ship the molding back for a full refund (including the original shipping cost). The best customer service we’ve had in a while!
I had questions regarding restoring an antique bread dough kneading trough. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely gracious and helpful. As far as customer relations, I'd say they are great!
