The only reason I would give these people any star at all is because they were the only plumbers who could get us in the same day. No wonder--all the good ones were already booked up! I greeted them at the door wearing a mask, and I asked that they also wear masks in our house. Their immediate response was that they didn't have them and that if that was important to us then they would just leave. Bear in mind that at this time, masks were a county ordinance, so by not even having them, their business was going against the law. I am amazed that they would turn down a paying customer over such a small request.nnIn the end, we had them leave, and my husband was able to fix the issue himself with an $8 part from ACE Hardware. Guess we should thank them for saving us the money!

We had them come out for 2 jobs at our house. Both jobs were very difficult to access and they handled all the issues that came with it very professionally and polite talking to us about our different options. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend A++

Quick courteous service. Called Master Plumber in the morning and he showed up early afternoon to provide estimate. We gave the go ahead late evening to do the work and he was out next afternoon to do the work. On arrival he was in and out in about 40 minutes replacing a water heater. Would recommend for prompt professional service.

If no stars were possible, that’s what I would give. Actually, if negative stars were possible, I would give that. My homeowners warranty contracted a simple water heater repair out to this company. I contacted them at 8am and was told they would be out around 2:30/3:00 as the water heater had flooded part of the basement and the house was without hot water. At 4p I called again, as I had not heard anything. I was promptly and rudely informed “I’m not coming today. I can try for noon tomorrow”. At that point it was too late in the day to find another to perform the necessary work. Worst business process ever! So disappointed with the lack of respect and pride shown in this business. All he had to say was he was too busy today and I could’ve chosen to wait on him or found someone else instead of being mislead and without choice. Disgusting!
