Yesterday the left one broke and I lost 10 bucks. But I called the number and today he not only refunded me the money, but he also gave me a free car wash! Now that's excellent customer service!! Don't be afraid calling the number if there's any issues.
This is ok. If you drive through, use the one on the left. Doesn't clean very well for the price.
