Very unhappy with my experiences using Super Wash in Ottawa.nWent there a few months ago and the wash stopped working in the middle of my wash and the bar that shoots water out scraped against the top of my car. The person there tried to tell me I broke it and when they realized it was not me, let me start the wash over. However, when I got home, I found that scratch on my car was pretty significant. I was upset but let it go. Then, today I purchased the $11 wash with the dryer. Went through and the wash didn't take off any of the bird poo that was on my car and the dryer didn't work. When I went to tell the man about what happened, he was very rude and showed me tiny little signs saying that the dryer wasn't working. Which btw the signs are not where you go to pay for the wash but was on the board before it... He did not offer any type of refund and seemed annoyed that I brought it to his attention. Very frustrated with the overall service here.
