All right I'll put it on the wash with soap for the sprayer and there was no soap I don't know what it is about Kansas but so far this is the second car wash I've been to that did not have soap in the sprayer. So I used the scrub brush and it had mud in it of course it didn't want to clean it. When I used the sprayer to rinse the soap off from the brush soap I had streaks all over the truck was not happy spend four bucks for nothing
Easy to get in and out of and convenient right off the road.
Paid for a wash at location 4, the automatic wash stopped in the middle of a rinse. I call the number posted at the location and left a voicemail. No return phone call or refund! Horrible/non-existent customer service.
Great car wash. My only complaint would be that the card reader is the style you have to keep adding time to rather than an elapsed timer.
We just left the STAR CAR WASH location 2. I purchased the $11 car wash... The wash bay was empty yet it said it was in use and wouldnt let us get the wash... We callled and talk to someone who said they would be there in 5 minutes...nn30 minutes later... We left.
