New Review! Lauren came out to tune up my AC, and Phil and Austin were here working on my plumbing (new water heater, new garbage disposal, new pressure valve into the house, new toilet) all day. They were all great! All the LBA staff are so nice, very professional, and easy to work with. I'm so happy I found them!!nnAddendum 07/09/20 - had to have Phil out again to check out some plumbing issues, he resolved them and was very professional and a pleasure to work with!nnAddendum 09/24/20 - Eli came out for my furnace tune-up and installation of an air scrubber. Another great LBA person to work with!!

Our residential water heater failed over the weekend. LBA took my call on Sunday and Austin Jones, the service technician, and his associate arrived shortly after 8:00 Monday morning.nnHe quickly diagnosed the situation and had several options for us to consider.nnThe work was completed by noon and our hot water service restored. The work area was cleaned up, leaving no evidence that there was any work done.nnAustin and his colleague were considerate and demonstrated a confidence in their ability to perform the work which gave us confidence that they would complete the work professionally, which is exactly what they did.

LBA has done great for us with everything that we've asked of them. They have performed maintenance on our existing building units, as well as installed a new 20 ton packaged unit and ducting, etc. for an ISO-8 clean room. They have always been thorough, communicated well and performed top notch quality work. Would highly recommend.

LBA fixed leaking faucets and a shower head as well as a broken valve on a gas line. Noah did the work today and he was respectful, polite, communicated well, efficient as he worked, and evident that he knew what he was doing. I waited a couple days after the work was complete to write this review and we’re confident the job was done very well. We’ve used LBA over the past 5 years for AC and heating work so we’ve met a few of their workers. The scheduling is always organized too. Each time we’re impressed with the quality of person sent over- good, dependable people. We recommend LBA.

Top notch Heating and A/C company. Installed new system for us in spring and they bid out a fair and equitable price. No gimmicks with this company. They listened to our thoughts and answered our questions. Great home town company! Call them today!
