Very professional, trustworthy, efficient and very affordable. They have been taking care of our sewer problem for a couple of years, regular maintenance, and they always get it done fast. When I call, they have someone out within 24 hours, or sooner if an emergency. Best part, their prices are the same, 7 days a week during day hours. Last week, they got someone out within the hour. Amazing.

Great, friendly service at a fair rate. Have been using these guys since moving into our house 5 years ago and have never had a bad experience. I called them this morning and they were able to send someone out within a couple hours!

I have used A1 for several repairs at my house from repairing and replacing gas lines to cleaning out my sewer line. I have never had a bad experience with them. Every service person has been friendly, very helpful, honest and well trained. The office staff is also friendly and helpful. They are very responsive to calls and emails. I trust them to come in and give me a fair quote and do good work. They are now my go to plumber.

Cody from A-1 Sewer & Septic came out this morning to service our septic tank, which involved pumping out the tank, and inspecting the tank for any damage or issue. I was very impressed with how thorough Cody was in making certain the tank was completely empty and clean so that we could clearly see the bottom. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Based on my experience, I can readily recommend A-1 Sewer & Septic for servicing septic tanks!

Cleared the dirt from my septic tank so that this company could inspect the tank. Waited 3 days for them to show up. Kept calling asking if someone would be out and was told I was on the list for that day. On the third day I was called and told that they were declining to do the work without even bothering to inspect the tank and seeing what I needed done. VERY unprofessional.nnNo my problem has not been resolved. I was waiting for an estimate from you guys so I would know how much it would cost me. How would I know what my “budget constraints” are if cost was never discussed. The only email I received was the receipt for the draining of the tank. The gentleman that was supposed to give me an estimate never showed up. He could not be pulled away from the $100,000 dollar job to give me an estimate. So in other words he could not be bothered to mess with my little job.
