Would just love to see inside, especially during the restoration work, or at least before they finish working on her. Awesome looking place but I would bet it's even better at night! A fence surrounds the place so you can't see much more than these pictures unless you had binoculars. Thanks for keeping her up and safe from stupid people.
It's worth driving by if you are in the Shawnee area to see a piece of history. The place hasn't been maintained and is falling apart. It is fenced off on private property with a guard dog and no trespassing signs so you will only get a view from the street.
So sad to see such a beautiful place falling apart. Would love to see this purchased, restored and cared for to the standard it deserves.
Beautiful castle. To bad couldn't go inside to look around.look spooky at night. Very cool
