Would anyone complete an order and pay a cashier who's being outright hostile towards them? I was trying to remember a multi-person order (it was impossible to reach the store by phone but we were outside, so only I went in to be responsible). Stephanie kept impatiently repeating back things I said, and didn't give me any room to breathe with a constant flow of words rushing me along to the point where I forgot more of the order. I asked her not to rush me and she asked me to step out of line. I don't think anyone was even behind me. Hadn't gone in a Panera since the pandemic and don't really want to now.
cafe food and service here is quality. went there on a friday i think. i've had nothing but great experiences here and will keep coming back. bring your appetite because portions are filling.
ALWAYS friendly and great food. I especially live the chicken noodle soup. Homemade taste!
A quick lunch for today, potatoe soup, & chips. The parking on E. 63rd at the corner of Panera Bread risky parking. They serve great soups and sandwiches.
Waited for two hours after time of delivery still no food was delivered had to call and cancel my order not very satisfied!
